Locum OR permanent General Practitioner – Hawke’s Bay

This Cornerstone accredited practice serves two sites in the Hawkes Bay area.  

Both sites have an excellent team that have a strong commitment to their patient group. They are also focussed on having a working environment for staff that enables a balance between work and a lifestyle that brings joy.

The area
– The Hawke’s Bay is on the east coast of the North Island of New Zealand and has some of the best weather in New Zealand.
– Long warm summers (mid 20’s) and short mild winters.
– Grape growing with the associated wine making industry and fruit growing are major earners for the area. The wine making industry has spawned many winery restaurants.
The surrounding countryside is beautiful with beaches 40 minutes drive away and the Mahia Peninsula and its beaches and remoteness only 2½ hours drive further north.
– Taupo (in the middle of the island) is 2 hours drive and winter skiing another 1 hour’s drive from Taupo.
