We are not your regular recruitment agency!

Our background puts you in good hands

Jeremy is a dentist with 20 years of experience, who’s run his own practice in Auckland. He’s experienced the clinical demands of the profession, as well as the business and financial pressures of managing a practice.

Moana has a background as a forensic biologist and medical sales rep.

With three young children and a speeding up of time, we moved to the Bay of Plenty to find some work-life balance for ourselves. Now, we aim to help medical practices and doctors find the same enjoyment of life.

Claudia – Candidate Support Specialist

Claudia is our fabulous Candidate Support Specialist. She takes care of our locums and clinics across the country. 

She brings with her over 5 years of sales experience and a variety of marketing & business management experience, having run her own business for the last 3 years. 

In between work, you’ll find her running after her two energetic little boys, baking up a storm in the kitchen or heading out on another hike to soak up the incredible nature and views Wellington has to offer! 


Ingrid – Recruitment Support Specialist

Scottish born, Aotearoa raised, Ingrid is actually the product of a very successful locum opportunity!

Ingrid’s background is in people and culture, recruitment and communications, so her role with Good Together is a happy combination of her experience! Ingrid works her magic by refining our systems, helping our GPs settle in to their new environments, and supporting the team to find mutual alignments between our clinics and our candidates.

Ingrid fills her tank with yoga, tramping, reading, and time spent with family and friends over good food. She is an experimental gardener, a member of Kickstart Toastmasters in Tauranga, and an Independent Celebrant!

Are we lucky to have her, or what!
