THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a permanent or locum General Practitioner with a flexible schedule between 6/10 and 8/10 (24 and 32 hours per week).  

On average 12 patients will be booked for 15-minute appointments per 4-hour session. Each session will include 45 paid minutes for paperwork.

THE PRACTICE and THE TEAM
Our client is Cornerstone accredited training practice, nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals. Their focus is on sustainable, accessible, and integrated healthcare.

The dynamic, multidisciplinary team includes practice nurses, a Health Improvement Practitioner, Health Care Assistant, health coach, travel clinic, counsellor, and clinic pharmacist. The expertise of this team mean they are in a fantastic position to offer their 6000 enrolled patients comprehensive support.

LOCATION
This relaxed rural town in the Canterbury region is primarily a service centre for local farms and wine growers, but it’s also home to some of the area’s best cafes and craft shops.

There are mountain views to the north and south, with Amberley Beach just a minute down the road. The beach has a seemingly endless coastline and is an excellent place for a stroll.

Visitors also enjoy this town for its country pursuits, which include horse riding, wine tasting, surfcasting, fly fishing, farm visits and garden tours. The golf course delivers sweeping views of the sea.
